Job Description:
- Ensure activities & condition in line with SMKP, SMK3, ISO45001 and utilize technical skills to identifying & influencing the other employees and parties in managing Health & Safety Risk in regular basis, updating legal aspect, stakeholder & other requirements align in company business process to achieve Zero Harm in their scope.
- Responsible for ensuring registered risk controls align with the AMMAN Standard for proactive risk management program implementation, including Implementation, Monitoring, and continual improvement to have a resilient Safety culture of SHLP excellence implementation and becoming the role model for their area of responsibility.
- Managed reporting data with AMMAN OHS Statis

Job Requirements:
- Formal qualification in engineering background (preferred from Chemical Engineering) with experience in process safety management with program implementation skills or an equivalent discipline is essential
- Minimum 7 (seven) years of experience working in Safety
- Hold an AK3U or qualifications certificate in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate
- Registered Auditor for SMKP Minerba refer to KepDirjen 185/2019 in DEMR (Direktorat Teknik dan Lingkungan) or SMK3 Audito
- Obtain certificate as Interpretation and Implementation ISO45001 or equivalent international standard accreditation body in OHS.
- Possession of a high standard of management skill
- Be able to speak to groups and communicate abstract concepts
- English speaking capability.
- Good report writing skills and understand OHS Statistic Report (Severity Rate, Total Reportable Injury Frequency Rate, etc)
- Have ability to prioritize work to drive continuous improvement.
- Have and Indonesian Driving License (SIM A)
- Understand Loss Control Management philosophies, Environmental Management System and know Indonesian OHS Regulations.
