Job Purpose
- To provide technical support forfor installation, commissioning and after sales of company products.
- To explore more service potential and achieveachieve service targetstargets in the assigned area/business.
- Provide product technical training for customerscustomers and distributors.
Key Accountabilities
- To achieve sales/service targetstargets for the assigned area.
- Propose service maintenance plan and parts replacement for Donaldson equipment to ensure optimal performance and safe operation.
- To provide technical support for equipment installation and training for customerscustomers mainly on compressed air purification systemssystems and dust collector systemssystems.
- To perform commissioning work, on-site preventive maintenance servicing, troubleshoot and breakdown calls (on-site or remotely).
- Ensuring customer satisfaction developing and maintaining strong relationshipsrelationships with customerscustomers.
- Prepare service reportsreports, proposalsproposals and quotationsquotations for service activities performed.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education Qualification:
- B.S. in Engineering Preferably with a Focus on Mechanical or Marine Engineering
Technical Competence & Skills:
- Refrigeration system
- Basic electrical skill
- Compressed air system
- Well versed in MS Office software
Leadership Competence:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsskills.
- Good communication skillsskills, verbal and written.
- Responsible and good time management.
Relevant Experience:
- More than 3-years3-years working experience in industrial technical selling/servicing.
- Servicing chiller, refrigerant dryer, desiccant dryer.
Others (% of travel, language, etc.):
- Travel within Indonesia (Sumatera, Sulawesi) 20-30%.
- Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Valid driving license.
