About the Role
The Emerging Leaders Programme is designed for a highly motivated and mid-career professionals with strong performance track records and clear leadership aspiration. This program provides accelerated exposure to the organisation through structured development, cross functional assignments, and enterprise level projects. Participants build the leadership, strategic, and commercial capabilities required to take on broader roles and future leadership responsibilities.
