Position Purpose

The Education Counselor helps international students find suitable solutions by selecting the right course and institute according to the student's profile, budget, and limitations. The role focuses on achieving customer service, satisfaction, retention, and customer success.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide information, advice, and application processing support for international students seeking placement in Australian educational institutions.
• Design a tailored and effective study plan according to each student's individual situation.
• Follow up with potential students and maximize conversion of applications and final enrollments.
• Guide students in preparing and completing documents for university or visa applications.
• Liaise between students, parents, and education providers.
• Promote other products and services offered by STUDYNET, including Visa Services, OSHC, OVHC, and Professional Year.
• Maintain after-sales service engagement to increase student retention.
• Create and maintain accurate client information in the company's CRM system.
• Perform other relevant student service duties.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent sales track record and experience working within a high-sales-KPI and incentive-driven environment.
• Vocational or tertiary qualification; Certificate IV and higher is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle demanding workloads.
• Understanding of the immigration system and visa pathways.
• Education Counselling experience: 1 year preferred.
• Must have full-time work authorization in Australia.
• Must be eligible to work in the advertised country.
