Job Description

Job Summary

Manage the general daily maintenance, account administration and service implementation to deliver the design, coordination, negotiation and implementation of a customer solution.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in health insurance, hospitals/clinics, provider relations, managed care, or healthcare services.
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Midwifery, or other healthcare-related fields.
  • Good understanding of healthcare processes, including treatment flow, benefit plans, and claims (is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships withproviders (hospitals, clinics, medical professionals), brokers, and clients.
  • Ability to analyzecustomer/patient needs with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively across functions (claims, underwriting, sales).

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Work with internal Zurich teams to design customer service solution and coordinate the customer team to deliver.
  • Develop good understanding of customer and broker needs and build and maintain strong working relationships with both.
  • Understand customer service needs and Zurich capabilities and use to build customer specific service propositions and associated costing.
  • Focal point for the customer and the broker team with regards to implementation of customer service proposition.
  • Ensure compliance of program with management information.
  • Actively identify opportunities to share Risk Insights with Customer and Broker to improve their knowledge and differentiate Zurich.
  • Understand Underwriting appetite on all Line of Business's by Zurich and actively promote cross sell opportunities.
  • Provide recommendations on activity and resource prioritization for channel development, and influence the design and implementation of standards and programs -campaigns to support business improvement -growth.
  • Research best practice and review and analyze detailed business models to support senior management in developing and improving sales and distribution processes and systems.
