E-commerce Trading Executive responsible to oversee the day-to-day online trading performance in all platforms and brand.com. This role requires strong analytical and commercial skills, understand E-comm trends in indonesia, a result-driven, a proactive mindset and high attention to detail. This role demands strong cross-functional coordination with merchandising, marketing, CRM, store operation operations brand principals & platform RM.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee trading calendar and day-to-day key delivers to ensure targets are met.
- Identify opportunity to grow the business, spot gaps, propose solution and take ownership of initiaves from ideas to execution.
- Hold in-depth knowledge of tools and systems, providing requirements to the tech teams to develop them and achieve results.
- Ensure best visual standards are maintained with maximum product exposure across the website and marketing channels, align with principal guidelines.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance the customer experience and create immersive brand engagement.
- Liaise with major marketplace partners to secure visibility, participation in mega campaigns, and exclusive deals.
- Plan and execute promotions, flash sales, and campaign initiatives in coordination with platform account managers.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports and actionable insights to principal and management.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Digital Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in e-commerce trading, preferably in fashion or beauty industry.
- Proficient in using data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, Excel/Sheets)
- Strong knowledge of local e-commerce landscape in Indonesia, including marketplace live and affiliates ecosystem.
- Experience in handling systems & high proficiency in relevant tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and commercially driven. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in english.
