You will:
- Manage and optimize online stores across multiple marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, etc)
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, bundles, etc)
- Manage product catalogs (uploads, descriptions, pricing, and stock)
- Monitor and analyze sales performance (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and fulfillment teams
- Manage marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, etc)
- Ensure smooth daily operations (order, returns, and customer complaints)
- Stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends and platform updates
You are:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience as an e-commerce specialist or marketplace admin
- Proven experience in managing marketplace campaigns and advertisements
- Strong understanding of marketplace analytics and performance dashboards
- Data-driven, detail-oriented, and target-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience handling FMCG/Beauty/Fashion brands
- Familiar with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets/Data Studio
- Experience managing major promotional events (Harbolnas, Payday, Double Date campaigns)
