Role Overview
One of our clients is seeking a results-drivenE-commerce CRM & Growth Specialistto optimize our Shopify store performance, customer retention, and revenue growth. This role will own CRM integration, customer journey automation, sales funnel optimization, and performance marketing enablement. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong background in Shopify, CRM tools, and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Integration & Automation
- Audit current Shopify setup and ensure full integration with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Build and manage automated customer journeys (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase).
- Segment customers by behavior, demographics, and purchase history to enable personalization.
Sales & Revenue Growth Strategies
- Analyze sales funnel performance (traffic conversion repeat purchase).
- Implement upsell, cross-sell, and product bundling strategies.
- Optimize checkout flow to reduce cart abandonment.
- Launch and manage loyalty and referral programs.
Digital Marketing Enablement
- Connect Shopify with ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) for attribution and remarketing.
- Develop performance dashboards to track ROI across marketing channels.
- Improve SEO visibility and support content marketing efforts.
Store Performance Optimization
- Run A/B testing on landing and product pages to increase conversion rates.
- Enhance mobile UX (load times, simplified checkout, responsive design).
- Ensure analytics (GA4, Shopify reports, heatmaps) are in place for data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience inShopify e-commerce growth, CRM management, or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce).
- Strong knowledge ofShopify ecosystem, checkout optimization, and customer retention strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Shopify analytics, heatmapping tools).
- Experience withA/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and funnel analysis.
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and tech teams.
Preferred:
- SEO and content marketing exposure.
- Experience with loyalty/referral program tools (Smile.io, LoyaltyLion, etc.).
- Prior experience in DTC or subscription-based e-commerce.
