Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Trading Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing algorithmic trading systems and tools to support our E-Trading initiatives and systematic market-making strategies. You will work closely with trading, risk, and compliance teams to ensure robust performance and continuous improvement of our trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with trading and risk teams to develop and enhance E-Trading strategies and systematic market-making projects.
• Enhance the performance, scalability, and robustness of existing trading algorithms and systems.
• Build end-to-end algorithmic trading systems, including back-testing frameworks to evaluate performance and ensure reliability.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards, reporting tools, and alert systems for live trading environments using data visualization tools.
• Continuously tune and optimize trading algorithm parameters to improve execution accuracy and system efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time production trading systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as the business development team, compliance team, and senior management to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, MQL, SQL, or similar languages with a proven record of delivering robust solutions.
• Experience in statistical analysis and modeling is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into concise insights for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
