Yes Organik Singapore is looking for a hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented person to join their team as an E-Commerce & Marketing Operations Executive. This role is ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day e-commerce operations end-to-end while also supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and online brand growth. Key Responsibility
E-Commerce Operations
- Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify
- Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock levels are accurate and up to date
- Handle order processing, fulfilment, and logistics coordination
- Monitor orders and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Track inventory movement and flag low stock or discrepancies
- Maintain clean and accurate data for operational tracking and reporting
Customer & Sales Support
- Respond to customer inquiries across e-commerce platforms and communication channels
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from purchase to delivery
- Support the preparation and execution of sales campaigns, launches, and promotions
Marketing & Growth Support
- Support and execute campaigns across e-commerce platforms
- Assist with product uploads, bundles, vouchers, discount setups, and promotional mechanics
- Understand how to position and market beauty / personal care products online
- Coordinate and support marketing initiatives to help drive brand growth
On-Ground & Brand Support
- Assist in bazaars, pop-ups, and brand events when required
- Support booth setup, customer interaction, and sales execution
- Represent the brand confidently and professionally in front of customers
Admin & Coordination
- Handle basic operational admin such as tracking sheets, documentation, and reporting
- Coordinate with internal team members and external partners
- Help improve workflows and keep operations running in a structured, organized way
Requirements
- Have experience in e-commerce operations, with exposure to marketing execution
- Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and platforms at the same time
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems or tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest in the beauty / skincare / personal care industry
- Willing to support on-ground events when needed
