E-commerce Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day website operations including product uploads, pricing, stock updates, landing page builds and content changes
• Support execution of website campaigns, promotions, and special events
• Conduct A/B testing on site elements to refine the user journey and increase conversion rates
• Monitor website performance and flag issues related to stock, pricing, or content accuracy
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure all banners and assets are optimized for web and mobile
• Coordinate with warehouse and CS teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience
• Assist in analyzing sales data, traffic trends, and campaign performance
• Ensure product listings follow brand and content guidelines
• Support A/B testing initiatives and basic UX improvements
• Perform regular site audits to ensure all links, buttons, and discounts are functioning correctly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or website operations
• Target & detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• Comfortable working with Shopify, Excel, and basic analytics tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Experience in fashion or retail e-commerce is a plus
