Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Minimum D3 degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Drafter or Document Control, preferably in consulting, developer, or construction companies.
  3. Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
  4. Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage and organize documents systematically.
  5. Able to read and understand technical drawings and product standard documents.
  6. Able to communicate in English for daily work communication; proficiency in Japanese will be an added value.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Prepare and develop profile drawings based on requests from the sales team (industrial and BAR).
  2. Manage and control all product standard documents as document control.
  3. Organize, maintain, and archive technical and administrative documents in a structured manner.
  4. Support administrative processes related to personnel requirements.
  5. Prepare purchase requests and other supporting documents.
  6. Handle administrative requirements related to mock-up orders and other operational support activities.
