POSITION SPECIFICATION
- Provide leadership for Spare Parts Center operations across Southeast Asia and Australia, with full accountability for service performance, financial results, and operational excellence.
- Lead the transformation of regional Parts Centers into a more centralized and efficient operating model, supporting Service Operating Units across SEA and Australia.
- Design and implement standardized organizational structures, processes, and systems to optimize service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Execute the long‑term APAC Parts Center strategy, ensuring full alignment of SEA and Australia Parts Center operations with overall APAC objectives and governance.
- Lead end‑to‑end spare parts operations, including parts sales, technical support, materials management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Actively contribute as a member of the APAC Parts Center leadership team, providing strong leadership, direction, and value creation across the region.
- Own P&L responsibility for SEA and Australia Parts Centers, delivering annual service contribution in line with approved business targets.
- Lead, develop, and grow the SEA and Australia Parts Center organizations across multiple locations, building leadership capability and a performance‑driven culture.
- Manage existing business segments while identifying and developing new, sustainable growth opportunities within the parts and service ecosystem.
PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- Works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders across SEA and Australia, including but not limited to Service Operating Units, HR, Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance
TEAM SIZE
- Approximately 20 employees, including warehouse operations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Parts, or Service operations, preferably within industrial or engineered product environments
- Proven experience managing multi‑site or multi‑country operations, ideally in a regional or global context
- Strong financial acumen; experience in P&L management and financial analysis is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing geographically dispersed teams.
