PT Borneo Pasifik Global is expanding its business into the sports and lifestyle industry through its padel-focused business unit,YOLO Padel & Lifestyle, with venues located inPluit, Slip, and Lebak Bulus.
As YOLO Padel & Lifestyle continues to grow, a strong digital presence has become essential to increase brand awareness, drive venue traffic, and convert online engagement into bookings and memberships. To support this, PT Borneo Pasifik Global is seeking aDigital Marketing Specialistwho will manage digital channels, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure a seamless digital journey for customers across social media, website, and messaging platforms.
Role Description
- Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) actively and consistently.
- Create and maintain a weekly and daily content calendar (feed posts, stories, reels, highlights, etc.).
- Engage with followers and digital communities to build strong online engagement.
- Analyze content performance, including reach, engagement rate, and follower growth.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (monthly promotions, events, membership programs).
- Run paid ads (Meta Ads / Google Ads) to boost visibility, website traffic, and booking conversions.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand promotional materials.
- Create and send newsletters or email blasts to customers and community members.
- Develop and manage WhatsApp marketing strategies (promo info, event reminders, membership renewals).
- Monitor open rate, click rate, and response rate from digital campaigns. Update website content (schedule, promos, articles, events) regularly.
- Monitor website traffic and conversions using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
- Ensure a smooth user experience on the website, especially for online booking.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing reports covering campaign results, audience growth, and conversion metrics.
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements for digital strategy.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and creative opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in sport, lifestyle, or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
- Creative, analytical, and up-to-date with digital trends and sports marketing.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Passionate about padel, sports, and community engagement.
