Content & Digital Marketing Specialist/Supervisor

Looking for Content & Digital Marketing Manager with more than 4 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and growing skincare/beauty business, to join a great beauty company with a mission to provide natural and safer skincare products.

Qualifications:

· Passionate in skincare, health, & beauty products.

· Minimum Bachelors/Diploma Degree

· Min 2 years experience in managing marketplace/ecommerce for retail brand.

· Min 3 years experience in creating ecommerce & marketplace strategy, digital marketing, & growing social media, preferably for beauty/skincare/retail products and leading teams.

. Min 3 year experience in copywriting in English & Indonesian.

· Min 3 year experience & expertise in TECHNICAL setting, analyzing, & optimizing Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Shopee Ads, landing page, content & copywriting, etc.

. Min 1 year experience in using FB page & FB Business Manager.

. Min 3 years experience in managing Tiktok Ads.

· Min 1 year in creating landing page is preferable.

· Min 3 years in managing social media & growing online sales.

· Min 3 years experience in creating social media contents

· Expertise in SEO/SEM.

· Detail oriented

· Fluent in English writing.

-Experience in managing team is a plus

· Can work in start-up environment.

· Experienced in using MS Office (Excel, Word, dll).
