Content & Social Media: Develop comprehensive content plans, write engaging copy, and manage daily operations across the company's social media platforms to support event promotions.
Creative Asset Production: Utilize basic Canva skills to design and produce quick visual assets for social media and promotional needs.
Ads & Reporting: Plan, execute, and monitor simple paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to boost event awareness, and generate easy-to-understand performance reports.
KOL Management: Identify, hunt, and brief relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or influencers to maximize event reach and engagement.
Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the Manager to brainstorm, develop, and implement effective promotional activities and event strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
13 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in social media management, event marketing, or a related industry.
Proven experience in content planning, copywriting, and end-to-end social media management.
Proficiency in using Canva to create basic, engaging visual assets.
Experience in running simple paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and creating basic performance reports.
Experience in KOL management, including hunting, reaching out, and briefing influencers for events or campaigns.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
