About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can drive performance marketing campaigns while also supporting client coordination and delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on marketing execution and working closely with clients across multiple campaigns. You will also be expected to stay current with modern marketing workflows, including leveraging AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and performance.
You will be working remotely from Jakarta, collaborating with regional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels
Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Monitor budget pacing, cost per result, ROAS, and overall campaign performance
Develop and manage content calendars for social media channels
Use AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign ideation, performance insights, and workflow efficiency
Analyze website and campaign data using analytics tools, and translate insights into actionable improvements
Act as the main coordination point for assigned clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with strategy
Identify opportunities to improve results through testing, new messaging, better targeting, and emerging tools
Maintain organized reporting and performance summaries for internal and client review
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment
Proven experience running paid ads and managing performance budgets
Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion tracking
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Manager, and reporting dashboards
Interest in AI-driven marketing workflows and openness to adopting new tools and processes
Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing discussions
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
