Job Description:
1. Responsible for building and operating the Indonesian content marketing matrix, such as websites, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., and managing and optimizing relevant content;
2. Understand user behavior through the use of social media analysis methods, conduct weekly and monthly data analysis on indicators such as the Engagement Rate, follower growth rate, and user comments of social media, and thereby enhance the influence and penetration of content;
3. Plan community topics and sections, initiate UGC interactive topics, and improve user cybertribe engagement;
4. Overseas influencer KOL promotion and content co-creation: Identify and partner with influencers who align with the brand's tone through foreign video platforms and social media, develop a dedicated content brief based on marketing needs, the KOL's persona, and characteristics, and communicate and implement it with the influencer to achieve content co-creation.
Job Requirement:
15+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, tech, or e-commerce.
2Proven success in Indonesia-focused campaigns (portfolio/examples required).
3Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM platforms).
4Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
5Experience working in multinational companies or matrix organizations.
6Excellent communication skills in English (business proficiency) and Bahasa Indonesia .
