Digital Marketing Specialist
Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. This includes monitoring and improving the performance of our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, managing day-to-day digital marketing placements, and engaging with our audience on social media platforms. You will be the go-to person for all things digital marketing within our team.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance using Analytics Tools like: Google Ads Analytics, Plausible, Meta Ads Manager and etc, to optimize spend and maximize conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates. Understand ad budgets setting that is efficient to ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting to improve SEM performance
- Work with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages
- Track and report on key KPIs, cost per lead (CPL), and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies that can enhance user experience and lead generation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid advertising.
Must have requirements:
- Bachelor degree, or higher and must be fluent in English
- 2+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Analytics, Meta Business Suite, UTM Tracking and Conversion Optimization
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust ad strategies accordingly
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Budget & ROI Optimization Managing ad spend effectively for the best return on investment
- Reporting & Data Interpretation Ability to extract insights from data and present them in an actionable way
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with SEO and how it complements SEM
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
- Creative Strategy Ability to guide or create ad creatives that convert
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry design standards and trends
- Knowledge with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Semrush and other basic digital marketing analytics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
