At AOne, we empower educators and learning centres across Southeast Asia to grow with confidence. Our all-in-one platform helps them manage students, teachers, lessons, attendance, progress, billing, and more enabling smoother operations and better learning outcomes.

As we expand our regional footprint, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is analytical, creative and eager to drive stronger digital presence and lead performance across Southeast Asia.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in driving digital growth and building our brand visibility across multiple Southeast Asia markets. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Plan, execute and optimise meta paid ads to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for internal review and strategic adjustments.
  • Brainstorm content ideas and targeting strategy with relevant teams (content & creative to be handled by content marketing and designer).
  • Manage website CMS: update information, landing pages, and ensure plugins are well maintained and secure.
  • Execute SEO strategies: keyword optimisation, page improvements and monitoring performance.
  • Prepare monthly SEO & Google Analytics reports to identify trends and propose improvement actions.
  • Track user behaviour to improve conversion funnels and website experience.
  • Support overall marketing initiatives including testimonials, events and other growth campaigns when needed.

Highly motivated, performance-driven, detailed-oriented and excited to drive measurable results in a fast-growing EdTech environment.

Requirements

  • Based in Indonesia with strong English communication (written & spoken)
  • 2 to 4 years hands-on experience in Paid Ads + SEO + Website CMS
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data into actions
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager
  • Familiar with SEO Tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz preferred)
  • Able to work independently and manage multi-country workload & deadlines
  • Organised, proactive and accountable in delivering performance growth
  • This is not a requirement, but having knowledge in AEO and GEO is a plus. It is essential for creating effective strategies in the AI-driven search era.
