The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing all digital marketing initiatives and social media channels for Noemi Beauty Salon & Spa. This role focuses on elevating brand visibility, boosting audience engagement, and driving customer bookings through effective content strategies, digital advertising, and community managemen
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social channels.
- Create weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Produce and edit photo/video content (reels, TikTok, stories, beforeafter).
- Execute paid ads (IG/FB/TikTok) and monitor performance.
- Maintain branding, tone of voice, and campaign copywriting.
- Respond to DMs/comments and manage online community.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing or social media.
- Strong skills in content creation (photo & video) and basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, VN).
- Knowledge of beauty, wellness, or lifestyle trends is a plus.
- Familiar with paid ads and social media analytics.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Currently based in Bali is an added advantage.
