Digital Marketing

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing professional based in Batam. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance the organization's online presence. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media campaigns, analyzing digital performance metrics, optimizing content for online platforms, and ensuring consistent communication of brand messaging across digital channels.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing
• Experience with Digital Marketing strategies and Web Analytics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve digital marketing performance
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM practices and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
