tinue scaling our digital ecosystem, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will work closely with the Founder/CEO to drive growth, optimize customer acquisition, and build a stronger data-driven marketing operation.

What You Will Own
Performance Marketing & Growth Strategy
▸ Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including:
* Meta Ads
* Google Ads
* Marketplace advertising (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia)
▸ Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop scaling strategies
▸ Work together with creative and sales teams to improve:
* Lead quality
* Conversion rate
* Customer acquisition cost
* Revenue contribution
▸ Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior insights
▸ Maintain marketing tracking fundamentals:
* Pixel
* Conversion API
* UTM structure
* Google Analytics
▸ Improve reporting framework and provide actionable insights through bi-weekly performance reviews
▸ Support SEO and organic growth initiatives together with internal or external resources

What We Are Looking For
Required Experience
✓ 4–6 years experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
(agency or in-house background welcomed)
✓ Strong hands-on experience managing both:
* Meta Ads
* Google Ads
✓ Experience managing monthly advertising budget above IDR 150M+
✓ Strong analytical capability using:
* Excel
* Google Sheets
* Marketing dashboards
✓ Understand performance marketing fundamentals:
* Attribution models
* Funnel optimization
* ROAS / CAC analysis
* Lead quality measurement
✓ Able to translate marketing data into business decisions, not only campaign reports

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-value B2C industries is a strong advantage:
* Automotive
* Property
* Luxury products
* Jewelry
* Premium lifestyle brands

* Conversion API
