Role Highlights

We're looking for Digital Marketing Manager (B2B Marketing) a to join our global marketing team. In this role, you'll drive full-funnel demand generation strategies that directly contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue across a portfolio of global B2B brands.

Sitting within a global marketing team and supporting both global and local marketing initiatives, this role is responsible for working with Brand Marketing leaders to develop the strategy, execution, and performance of demand generation programs that are executed across multiple regions and brands.This position ensures consistency of strategy while enabling localization and agility, working in close partnership with regional marketing teams, brand stakeholders, and sales leaders to drive measurable business outcomes.

This role leads a team of specialists (directly & indirectly) across automation, paid media, SEO, CRO and digital channels, ensuring day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and technical implementation align with strategic growth objectives. With a focus on digital performance, automation, and commercial impact, the role brings together digital strategy, channel expertise, and growth programs under a unified demand engine.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead scalable demand generation strategies aligned to business and revenue goals
  • Drive end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, email, and web
  • Accelerate pipeline growth through high-quality MQL and SQL generation
  • Oversee paid media performance, optimisation, and ROI across global markets
  • Lead website strategy and CRO initiatives to enhance conversion and user journeys
  • Build and optimise marketing automation and lead nurture programs across the funnel
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on lead scoring, funnel stages, and campaign execution
  • Own performance reporting, attribution, and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead and develop a team of digital specialists across automation, paid media, SEO, and digital channels

What We're Looking For


  • 10+ years experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing
  • 5+ years in a leadership role within a global or multi-brand environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience driving pipeline and revenue impact
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead lifecycle, and sales alignment
  • Expertise across digital channels including paid media, SEO, CRO, and marketing automation
  • Proven ability to work across regions, time zones, and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications / Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads (GA4), Meta, LinkedIn, or relevant marketing platforms
  • Experience with marketing attribution, reporting tools, and data governance
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, and personalisation strategies
  • Experience aligning SEO and content strategies with paid campaigns
  • Familiarity with enterprise Martech ecosystems and integrations

Your Day-to-Day


  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to plan and execute demand campaigns
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance across channels
  • Translate data into actionable insights to improve pipeline and ROI
  • Lead testing strategies across digital touchpoints to increase conversion
  • Align closely with sales teams on lead quality, scoring, and funnel progression
  • Guide and mentor specialists to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Share best practices and drive consistency across brands and regions
