Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and updating digital databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems to ensure data accuracy related to affiliate talents.
  • Support the digital team in organizing files, reports, and digital assets.
  • Help monitor daily digital activities and compile simple reports as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support ongoing digital projects.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student or fresh graduate from any major.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, online platforms, and basic data management.
  • Ready to start working on-site from May or June 2026.
  • Willing to be placed in Kelapa Gading.
