Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic channels
  • Manage and optimize significant ad budgets with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and cost per order/booking
  • Hands-on with campaign execution
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and data/analytics teams to run experiments and improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Build data-driven reporting frameworks and translate performance insights into investment decisions for leadership
  • Drive scalable growth not just traffic, but qualified, high-intent users

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital-first platforms
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics
  • Hands-on proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, UAC) and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience managing programmatic/DSP campaigns is a plus
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools and presenting performance narratives to senior stakeholders
