Innity is a digital marketing and media solutions company with a strong foothold in the APAC market. Innity's solutions provide a combination of creative advertising, content and influencer marketing, as well as community and commerce technologies for brands, agencies, advertisers and publishers.
As a senior sales executive you will be an individual contributor and responsible to achieve revenue targets by developing and implementing sales strategies, building client relationships for both direct client and media agency, and managing the sales process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proven track record in media advertising sales, and familiarity with various advertising channels, digital media mix, and trends.
- Develop and execute all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Tracking opportunities, forecasting sales, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of potential deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client's relationships in the objective to understand their business needs and objectives can be achieved.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations, and discussions.
- Works on new business as and when required and pro-actively identifies opportunities for incremental revenue across multiple touch-points.
- Lead and liaise with internal operation and support team to ensure performance delivery and meet client deliverables.
- Monitoring your number sales achievement and providing the report and insights to Head of Sales
Specification and Requirement (Eligibility):
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related
- Minimum 3-5 years of Media Sales Experience, in Digital/Internet Industry.
- Brand solutions experience would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of digital advertising products, programmatic advertising, social media and KOL/community solutions.
- Wide networking in direct client and media agency.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including account management, creative and ad operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Good in communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and analytical skill, and problem solving.
