Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail.

Our first brand 'Somethinc was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Perform as the performance marketing to execute across platforms such as Google, CPAS Meta, Tiktok and Ecommerce Ads.
• Monitor performance marketing channels in order to achieve business goal.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing content.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly performance channel and identify it to maintain or improve the performance.
• Update the latest information about all news related to digital marketing trend.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or final-year students from all majors are welcomed
• Tech-savvy and has a good understanding of digital/ data analytics
• Good with numbers, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, willing to learn, disciplined, and high initiative
• Passionate in marketing and able to work in fast paced environment
• Having experience in handling digital ads is a plus
• Available to work outside office hours (night or during the weekend if there's any campaign)
