This position plays a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, overseeing key human capital functions, and ensuring seamless integration of administrative and general affairs operations to support enterprise-wide goals
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment processes and ensure quality hiring within timelines.
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
- Mitigate risks related to employee relations and organizational development
- Leverage HR systems for process automation and data-driven decisions
- Supervise administrative functions including building management, office services, and asset management
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management systems
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues effectively
- Monitor HR KPIs and generate reports for senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices
- Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and obtain to actionable insights
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
