Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dentist Quality Management Supervisor, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role requires overseeing dental treatments, ensuring quality standards, conducting regular reviews, and providing support to the dental team. Responsibilities also include analyzing treatment outcomes, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with dental regulations. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.

• Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in any major

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for coordinating with relevant teams and collecting, managing, analyzing, and interpreting clinical and operational data to support decision-making for quality assessors.
• Assist in conducting quality assessments, both in implants, veneers, and fillings.
• Prepare routine reports and daily reports to DQM.
• Learn cases (difficult cases or patient complaints) and provide solutions.
• Coordinate the dentist performance review process.
• Ensure the accuracy of data used in reports and analyses.
• Develop other strategic ideas within the DQM subdivision.
