Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Management Office - Supervisor, located in Kecamatan Medan Area. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations within the strategic management office, including supervising staff, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities also include analyzing data, producing reports, facilitating communication between departments, and providing exceptional customer service. Training and development of team members will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Training experience
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer/ User Service skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Medan Area
- Proficiency in project management and coordination
- Experience in the maritime industry is a plus value
- Expertise in Balanced Score Card (BSC) concepts of Corporate to Individual Cascading Key Perfomance Indicator (KPI)
- Good ability about Strategic Business Plan (SBP)
