PT Green Energi Utama is seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Debt Restructuring Manager.
Your Mission Lead, plan, and execute the companys comprehensive debt restructuring strategies from financial analysis, repayment scheme design, creditor negotiations, to implementation ensuring liquidity and long-term business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities Conduct analysis & planning for debt restructuring scenarios (tenor extension, interest reduction, refinancing, debt-to-equity swap). Develop credible restructuring proposals for creditors. Serve as the main contact in negotiations with banks, investors, and financing institutions. Oversee implementation & monitoring of debt agreements and covenant compliance.
What Were Looking For Minimum 57 years of experience in corporate finance/treasury/banking. Strong expertise in financial modeling, cash flow management, and creditor/investor negotiations. Assertive, diplomatic, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
