Responsible for managing operation profile and accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion in a timely manner, while adhering to security policies.
Managing and resolving all account-related user requests and troubleshooting problems.
Maintain all internal trackers using Google Sheets and App Script.
Requirements
A bachelors degree from Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field (experience in Express/Logistics company is a plus)
Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in account creation and management.
Experienced in using Google workspace applications, especially Google Sheets. Having intermediate skills excel is a plus.
Having basic skills on how to use a script on Google Sheets.
Willing and available to work on a variety of shifts, including weekends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users.
