Job Description:

Collect, manage, and validate non-FTE employee data (attendance, payroll, personal data, and others)
Create and analyze data reports
Develop and maintain dashboards
Implement dashboard automation processes
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams

Requirements:

Have 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
Proficient in SQL, Python, Looker, and Google Spreadsheet
Ability to work fully from the office
Willing for placement in SPX Head Office, Gama Tower, with mobile flexibility when needed
