  • Manage end-to-end workforce data (hiring, manpower tracking, and performance monitoring).
  • Develop, maintain, and automate operational dashboards and reporting.
  • Analyze and validate data from multiple sources to support day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Proficient in Google Spreadsheet, with basic knowledge of SQL and Python.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently under tight timelines.
