What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and enhance operational efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Collaborating with the operations team to gain a deep understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
- Partnering with the technology team to understand the database schema and ensure effective data extraction.
- Automating weekly and monthly operational reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Designing and developing dashboards and visualizations using BI tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of customer and teacher behaviors to uncover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Driving projects aimed at improving conversion rates, including analysis of lead-to-purchase funnels and customer demographics.
- Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across reports and dashboards.
- Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Supporting strategic initiatives by providing data-driven inputs to product, marketing, and operations teams.
Requirements And Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate methodologies and findings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and interest in contributing to a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating social impact, particularly in advancing education in Indonesia
