We're looking for talented and passionate individual to fill the role of Data Analyst Manager with following details
Job Description :
- Lead and manage the data team in daily operations, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Manage metadata and data cataloging to support data discoverability and reusability.
- Coordinate data integration from multiple internal and external sources.
- Support and optimize data pipelines for analytics and reporting purposes.
- Foster a data-driven culture across departments through education and collaboration.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven experience leading a team and managing data-related projects end-to-end.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
