Responsibilities

1. Serve as the tobacco excise-related matters in compliance with government regulations.
2. Prepare and submit excise-controlled material declarations (e.g. CK4, LACK10, CK5 reports).
3. Coordinate internal and external excise audits (monthly, quarterly, annually).
4. Manage production, sales, and inventory reports including data reconciliation, Analysis and balance tracking
5. Maintain external and internal relationships related to excise (e.g. events, meetings, and liaison).
6. Ensure compliance licensing for excise-controlled products, including new projects, business transfers, and production changes prior to tax compliance.

Qualifications

1. Fluent in English speakingreading and writing, able to communicate in Mandarin for daily conversation(HSK4 is preferred).
2. Experience in related administrative and logistical services is preferred.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in tobacco excise, accounting, or import/export operations.
4. Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and organizational skills; detail-oriented and responsible.
