Job Description
- Engage with our key merchants and help resolve issues and inquiries.
- Actively seeking feedback from our customer and find their pain points to offer our solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain functionalities to customers, ensuring clear understanding.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to identify expansion opportunities and increase customer value.
Qualification
- Diploma Degree/bachelor&aposs degree in communication or management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in Account Manager or Customer Success
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative
- Customer Service oriented
