Job Description

As customer success manager, your key goal is to ensure our clients can successfully onboard with Goapp and continuously achieve desired growth from using our product, either through 1 on 1 session, automated tools or online contents. You must have a strong understanding in SaaS product, combined with great communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and adoption from gathering data, configuration, migration, training to going live
  • Analyse client requirement and provide the most optimal onboarding of our products to achive desired outcome
  • Provide day to day support to existing clients
  • Drive platform usage, ensuring clients get maximum value from Goapp subscriptions
  • Collect feedback and communicate with product team for product improvements to continuously improve Goapp
  • Provide training sessions, workshops, and resources to help clients succeed
  • Communicate new feature or bug fixes releases to our clients
  • Identify bugs or issues in using Goapp and communicate with engineering team

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years experience as Customer Success (SaaS or tech company preferred).
  • Strong understanding in software and system analyst
  • Strong passion in dealing with people with great listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English: verbal, written skills
  • Experience with CRM, commerce or similar software is a big plus
  • Experience in software development or business analysis is a big plus
  • Love to work in open and collaborative startup to reach common goals and vision
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven with attention to detail and follow-through to closure of issues
  • Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving changes at client project
  • Strong soft skills: Self-Confidence, Dealing with Complexity
