PT Perdana Solusi Internasional is a Talent Outsourcing Firm based in Singapore, now expanding in Batam. We rely on a software platform to support Singaporean companies from Batam. We work hand in hand seamlessly between Singapore and Indonesia.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Service Specialist position located in Batam. Customer Service Specialists will be responsible for daily customer support tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing phone etiquette skills, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction
• Excellent phone etiquette skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English language, written and spoken is a must
• Ability in Mandarin language, either written or spoken, is a plus point
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields
• Onsite fulltime job in Batam, from 7am-8pm, 3-4 working days a week
