Job Description

As a Customer Service, you will play a key role in managing mystery shoppers for our global market research company client. This isnt your typical call center role, youll be responsible for recruiting mystery shoppers, collecting and labelling survey data (quality check), and ensuring smooth operations via phone and email.

Job Description:

  • Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries
  • Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards
  • Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys
  • Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to boost database

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Proficient in English (Must)
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
  • Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Based in Yogyakarta
  • Available to start immediately
  • Willing to work in shifts
