Job Description

  • Efficiently and promptly attend to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Methodically analyze, assess, and effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, employing problem-solving skills and empathy.
  • Proactively foster and nurture positive relationships with customers, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction through personalized interactions and attentive service.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum education: D3 (three-year diploma/associate degree)
  • 1–2 years of experience as Customer Service, Call Center, or Sales Support
  • Communicative, friendly, and patient
  • Familiar with CS tools (WhatsApp Business API, CRM, ticketing systems, Google Workspace)
  • Bonus points: understanding of sharia/Islamic finance or philanthropic products, or prior experience in the Insurance industry
