Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Korean Customer Service Specialist who can be based in Bangkok, Taipei City, or Jakarta. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat, as well as resolving customer issues and providing exceptional service in the Korean language.

Job Requirements:

Experience in customer service or gaming industry is preferred

Passionate for online games, familiarity with MMORPG and Ragnarok Online IP is preferred

Ability to work on-site in Bangkok and remotely if needed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean

Ability to empathize with customers and diffuse escalated situations effectively

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems

A bachelor's degree is preferred 

Willing to work on public holidays and weekend shifts

Korean Language Proficiency certification (TOPIK)
