Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Respond to player inquiries, address complaints, and accurately record player feedback across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow up on improvements to optimize game operations and performance.
• Manage and coordinate moderator teams to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about gaming, with a strong interest in engaging with players and understanding their needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Interested in building a career in the gaming industry.
• Active gamer who enjoys exploring different games; experience with Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Malay or Tagalog is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a mature and collaborative approach.
• Proactive, responsible, and professional, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
