Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Specialist who will play a key role in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. This position will be responsible for managing customer data, analyzing insights, and executing effective CRM strategies to enhance customer lifetime value and strengthen CMKs relationship with its clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms, ensuring accurate customer data and segmentation.
  • Design and execute personalized campaigns to increase engagement, repeat purchase, and customer loyalty.
  • Analyze customer behaviors, trends, and feedback to provide actionable insights for marketing and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Retail teams to deliver consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of loyalty programs, customer journey mapping, and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or digital marketing (preferably in retail or luxury industry).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences.
