Assist on CRM Operations

Content & KV Ideation

  • Create product's monthly CRM content & KV ideation & brief related team

Setup of Vouchers, PN/WA and Robocall

  • Create and distribute promotional vouchers.
  • Set up Push Notifications (PN), WhatsApp (WA) and Robocall campaigns.

Monitoring of CRM Activity Delivery

  • Track the performance and delivery of CRM campaigns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of CRM communications.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns.

Monitoring of CRM Activity Delivery

Assist on Improvement Project

  • Assist and gather feedback for initiatives coming from CRM/MKT
  • Initiates next step for the improvement initiatives
  • Guide teammates and ensure each team members understand what to assist in order to complete project/reports
  • Ensure that all projects comply with internal standards and best practices.
  • Communicate changes/improvements to relevant teams to adjust accordingly.

Requirements

  • Hold a minimal of Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Proven experience in managing CRM operations and marketing (have min 1-2 experience)
  • Familiar with data driver improvements.
  • Familiar with collaborating with other respective teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with script creations for campaigns, especially through robocall, whatsapp, push notification and other media.
  • Preferably understand about credit products, especially cash loan products.
