Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta for a Customer Relations at VPlus.ID. The Customer Relations will be responsible for conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, providing customer service, and supporting sales activities.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills
• Sales skills
• Interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of financial markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
