Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Customer Relations at VPlus Education, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, handling inquiries and supporting customers through excellent service, and engaging in effective communication to address customer needs and concerns. The role also includes identifying opportunities for improving customer experience and maintaining quality service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and relationship management
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
