Role Description

This full-time role as part of the Customer Relations Team is based on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The responsibilities include supporting customer inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and fostering customer retention through effective communication. Team members will engage proactively with customers to resolve concerns and build lasting relationships while facilitating a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently
  • Experience in Customer Retention and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction
  • Focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to empathize with clients
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively as part of a team
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and proficiency in conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of the local market and prior experience in similar industries is advantageous
